If a cooking masterclass is more ideal, Bread Ahead’s baking school in Borough Market has just unveiled their September workshops. The school can accommodate groups of 12 – 30 people and all sessions run for 3 hours and cost £80 per person. A firm favourite is their doughnut masterclass, where you will be guided through the process of making doughnuts from start to finish and will leave with ‘custard grenades’ you’ve produced yourself! At urban ristorante Union Street Cafe, you can master the art of pasta making and create signature Italian dishes with hands-on guidance from Head Chef Davide Degiovanni using the finest seasonal ingredients. This 3 ½ hour experience also includes lunch, featuring a selection of starters followed by the pasta you’ve just made, accompanied with wine and dessert.
