Roast
Roast is a unique British restaurant and event space situated in the portico of Borough’s former flower market. Spectacular views are offered from every angle – whether it’s overlooking their open kitchen or the historic setting of Borough Market directly below.
For smaller gatherings, the bar area can accommodate up to 45 standing and can host a range of tailored wine and whisky tastings. The restaurant can allow 120 seated and 160 standing or up to 70 seated in their semi-private dining space.

Bedales
Bedales provides a rustic, intimate setting for private parties and small gatherings. Aside from an impressive wine list, the venue offers tailor-made tastings and bespoke menus. The ground floor expands onto an outdoor ‘market snug’ which overlooks the hustle and bustle of Borough Market. This sociable space can accommodate up to 25 people and is perfect for evening receptions. Also consider the Wine Cellar room which can seat up to 25.
Bedales’ most impressive space however is their upstairs private wine tasting room which is available for exclusive hire. This hidden space can seat up to 24 people (and 35 standing), making it the perfect casual hang-out.

The Refinery
The Refinery is located in the landmark Blue Fin building and exudes an industrial sophistication. The chic surroundings are complemented by fantastic food and drink, including innovative cocktails, global wines from their cutting edge enomatic system, and well-kept draught beers.
The venue’s spacious interior allows for a host of private events, from small groups to full venue hire for up to 550 guests (or 236 seated). For the perfect summer reception, from June – August there is an outdoor terrace (with a screen), which can take bookings for up to 100.

The Swan at Shakespeare’s Globe
Part of the iconic Shakespeare’s Globe, Swan is a beautiful Bar and Restaurant set over two floors, with stunning views of the Thames and St Paul’s. Bright and airy with large French windows, their Balcony Room provides an elegant space for evening dinners (70 seated) and receptions for up to 120 standing guests.

Union Street Cafe
Union Street Café is an urban ristorante inspired by the casual glamour and laid-back luxe of Italy. The open plan layout of the venue makes it an ideal space for large communal group occasions.
The upstairs mezzanine can accommodate up to 45 guests seated, overlooking the main restaurant area from above, offering direct views into the theatre of the kitchen. The entire restaurant can seat 150 for private dinners or 170 for reception events. Union Street Bar is also available for exclusive hire, providing the perfect space for more intimate gatherings.
