Launched in October 2016, Flat Iron Square is a new foodie hub in Bankside, taking over seven railway arches,the Grade II listed building Devonshire House and the surrounding area. The whole site brings together an exciting mix of bars, food vendors, restaurants, street food trucks, outdoor space and a live music venue, Omeara.

What’s more, areas of Flat Iron Square are now available for private hire and can meet a variety of event briefs.

The Garden

Located just off Southwark Street, The Garden is a large outdoor space with a stage and two bar areas. It has traditionally been a welcome green haven for lunch, post-work drinks and dinner in Bankside and at weekends, it’s transformed into FLEA – a vintage and makers market. With outdoor event space being much coveted in Bankside, The Garden offers an especially relaxed setting for summer parties and it’s available for semi or exclusive hire.

Tap & Bottle

Tap and Bottle is a beautifully restored Grade II listed Georgian town house which has been turned into a cosy wine bar. It opens onto a lovely wooden roof terrace which in turns opens onto a mezzanine floor above the food arch court. The space lends itself well to reception events and can accommodate between 80 – 100 people (without Mezzanine) or 120 – 150 people (including Mezzanine).
