Just take a look at their sustainable credentials to see some of the lengths they go to in order to achieve this. The venue has even pledged to become single-use plastic free by the end of 2019, removing one plastic item from their product inventory every month.

15Hatfields provide small and large conferences which can accommodate anything from 2 to 730 delegates. The venue boasts some of the most flexible spaces available in London and provides numerous branding opportunities to customise an event. Their integrated Audio-Visual system is second to none, with various video conferencing and web casting facilities.

Last-minute availability

15Hatields is running a variety of special offers for May and early June. If you’re a last-minute booker and need a meeting or conference space for either 20, 28, 29, 30 May, you’ll receive a special 10% discount. The venue is now taking weekend bookings for selected dates. Find out more here.

Daily Vegan Rate

They have also launched an exciting new vegan menu with a special daily delegate rate. This now sits alongside both their standard and seasonal menus to cater for the dietary requirements of vegans and vegetarians. Working with Eden Caterers, 15Hatfields has put together a range of options to encourage even the most committed of carnivores to give veganism a try. This new addition to their catering also aligns with the venue’s ethical, environmental and sustainable ethos. At £63 per delegate, the package includes:

  • Main room hire, catering room hire
  • 4 servings of tea and coffee with oat milk – on arrival, midmorning, lunch and afternoon
  • Nakd raw fruit and nut bar and fruit on arrival, Vegan fair- trade cookies mid morning and organic vegan lemon drizzle cake mid afternoon
  • Unlimited in house bottled still and sparkling filtered water
