10 Union Street has always been efficient and helpful with our bookings and event preparation. The venue is excellent, with great facilities and a central location. Catering was very good, and we've returned multiple times for our events. We would highly recommend it!

10 Union Street provided an excellent venue with top-notch facilities and seamless tech support. The space was highly recommended by colleagues, and it lived up to expectations. Catering was good, though we’ll be more specific about dietary requirements next time. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely return!

    The Atrium is a modern event space ideal for evening drink’s receptions. Located on the ground floor.

  2. Room G01

    8 - 20

    Located on the ground floor, this bright and airy meeting space accommodates up to 16 delegates in a boardroom layout. Ideal for intimate meetings, the room benefits from abundant natural light through a large window. Fully equipped with AV facilities, the space is well-suited for board meetings, workshops and brainstorming sessions.

  3. Rooms 101

    32 - 100

    This flexible and versatile meeting and events space features windows along one side and views over the atrium on the other, providing plenty of natural daylight. Standard AV requirements are included with room hire or packages, with a dedicated onsite AV team available to support. Suitable for meetings, conferences, seminars, drinks receptions and dinners, this room offers an ideal setting for a wide range of events.

  4. Rooms 102

    8 - 24

    Located on the first floor, Room 102 can be used as a standalone meeting space or combined with Room 103 to create a larger room. Ideal for smaller, intimate meetings of up to 12 in a boardroom layout, it also serves well as a green room or organiser’s office.

    Adjacent to Room 102, Room 103 can either be used individually as a smaller meeting space or can be opened up in conjunction with 102, to create a larger meeting room. On its own, this room is ideal for smaller, intimate meetings for up to 18 in boardroom and can also work great as a green room or organiser office space.

    With the flexibility to open up the partitions and conjoin together to create a larger space, this space can seat up to 40 in cabaret or 60 in theatre style, and is ideal for meetings, workshops or team away days. All your standard AV requirements are included with Room Hire or Packages and our dedicated onsite AV team are always happy to help answer any questions.

  7. Room 104

    Located on the 1st floor, Room 104 can either be used individually as a smaller meeting space or can be opened up in conjunction with 105, to create a larger meeting room. On its own, this room is ideal for smaller, intimate meetings for up to 20 in boardroom and can also work great as a breakout space or green room.

  8. Rooms 105

    Adjacent to Room 104, Room 105 can either be used individually as a medium sized meeting room or can be opened up in conjunction with 104, to create a larger meeting room. On its own, this room is ideal for meetings or workshops for up to 50 in cabaret or 52 in theatre style. Room Hire includes use of all the standard AV provisions as well as a lectern & lectern mic and hybrid capabilities.

  9. Rooms 104 & 105

    This spacious, modern and flexible room is ideal for meetings, conferences and away days for up to 125 delegates. With a partition wall allowing flexibility to split the space for breakout sessions and all of the standard audio-visual equipment built in the room, your conference will be a guaranteed success.

    A mirror image of Room 101 but located on the 2nd floor, Room 201 can seat up to 72 in cabaret or 100 in theatre style. All your standard AV requirements are included with Room Hire or Packages and our dedicated onsite AV team are always happy to help answer any questions. This room is suitable for meetings, conferences and seminars as well as drinks receptions and dinners this is the ideal space for your event.

    A mirror image of Room 102 but located on the 2nd floor, Room 202 can either be used individually as a smaller meeting space or can be opened up in conjunction with 203, to create a larger meeting room.   17. Main Hall

    Located on the third floor, the Main Hall is 10 Union Street’s largest event space. Featuring stained glass windows, skylights and views of The Shard, the room is flooded with natural daylight. Fitted with state-of-the-art AV equipment—including staging, screens, microphones, a surround sound PA system, and a dedicated technician—the space is ideal for large meetings and conferences of up to 280 guests. Hire includes exclusive use of the adjoining foyer for catering, exhibitions or pre-dinner drinks, plus complimentary access to the Atrium for morning registration. For evening events, the Main Hall can be transformed to accommodate up to 200 guests for dinner or 400 for a standing reception. Ideal for summer and Christmas parties or awards ceremonies, in-house caterers Graysons provide a wide range of food options, from formal dinners to canapés and buffets. Additional services such as a cloakroom, DJ and dancefloor are available on request.
